No Two Massages Are The Same!!!

I work with your body, not against it! Each session is a personalized journey & are tailored to meet the unique needs of your body in the present moment by blending a variety of techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, acupressure & myofascial release.

I create sessions that flows intuitively.  Addressing physical tension, energetic imbalances & emotional stress by listening deeply & following where your energy leads. Each massage becomes a unique healing experience, one that’s as individual as you are.

Breathe With Me:

The Importance of Breathing During a Massage!

One of the most powerful things you can do during your massage is BREATHE!

It is natural to hold your breath when you feel tension or when deeper work is being done but I encourage you to stay aware of your breath throughout our session. Slow, steady breathing helps your body relax, softens the muscles & allows the work to go deeper without creating resistance.

If you ever feel discomfort or intensity, try breathing into that area & letting it go with your exhale. That simple act can make a huge difference in how your body receives the work.

You don’t have to do it perfectly — just bring your awareness back to your breath when you can. I am here to support you the entire way!

Breathing deeply & consciously during a massage helps your body relax more fully, allowing muscles to release tension & making the work much more effective. When you hold your breath {especially during deeper pressure}, your body may tense up, which can limit the benefits of the massage.

Intentional & Steady Breathing:

  • Promotes relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
  • Helps you stay present & more connected to your body.
  • Supports better circulation & oxygen flow to tissues.
  • Encourages your muscles to release more easily.

Cupping {Add On}

15 minutes: $40

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction, which helps increase blood flow, release muscle tension & stimulate the body’s natural healing process.

In my practice, I use modern cupping techniques that may be integrated into your massage session to target areas of chronic tension, stagnation &/or pain.

Benefits Of Cupping:

  • Relieves muscle stiffness & tension.
  • Increases circulation & lymphatic flow.
  • Helps break up fascial adhesions.
  • Promotes detoxification.
  • Supports healing of old injuries.
  • Eases stress & anxiety stored in the body.

Note:

  • Cupping is always performed with care & according to your comfort level. It can be a standalone treatment or combined with other massage modalities like deep tissue or medical massage.
  • Cupping often leaves temporary circular marks on the skin. These are not bruises but signs of stagnation being brought to the surface & released. The marks typically fade within a few days.

Gua Sha {Add On}

15 minutes: $40

Gua Sha is a traditional East Asian healing technique that involves gently scraping the skin with a smooth edged tool to promote circulation, release tension & support the body’s natural detoxification process.

This therapy is especially effective for relieving chronic pain, muscle tightness, headaches & stagnant energy. In my sessions, I incorporate Gua Sha thoughtfully; always tailored to your specific needs & sensitivity level.

Benefits Of Gua Sha:

  • Releases muscle & fascia tension.
  • Improves circulation & lymphatic drainage.
  • Reduces inflammation & puffiness.
  • Supports immune function.
  • Helps break up scar tissue & adhesions.
  • Eases migraines, neck stiffness & TMJ discomfort.

Note: Gua Sha may result in temporary red or purple marks {called “Sha”} on the skin. This is a normal & expected part of the healing process, indicating the release of built-up stagnation in the tissue. These marks typically fade within a few days.
