About Me

Hi! My name is Lauren Ng & I have been a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010. I graduated from the Swedish Institute, College of Health Sciences, with an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies; where I built a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology & therapeutic massage.

I have also completed an Esthetics program at Christine Valmy International School in 2015, gaining in-depth knowledge & hands-on training in advanced skincare techniques.

Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings including spas, wellness centers, chiropractic offices & physical therapy clinics. My past experiences has given me a broad perspective on the healing potential of bodywork. My training spans a wide range of massage modalities including:

I specialize in medical massage which focuses on addressing specific medical issues such as chronic pain, injuries or musculoskeletal disorders. These sessions are highly targeted, using a combination of deep tissue work, acupressure & energy healing to relieve tension, support recovery & to promote balance within the body.

Clients often tell me that my hands have a mind of their own. I was even nicknamed the “Treasure Hunter” for my intuitive ability to find & release deeply held tension.

Each session I offer is fully personalized to meet your unique needs & comfort level. I’m highly attuned to energy & are deeply committed to listening. Not just to you but to what your body is trying to communicate. My goal is to always create a safe & supportive space where healing can effectively happen naturally.

I was born in Manhattan & raised in Brooklyn. I still live in Brooklyn to this day; not far from where I grew up. I am indeed, a true New Yorker! This city raised me, shaped me & continues to ground me. Brooklyn isn’t just where I live — it’s my home. My roots. My heart. My soul. Just like how I feel about being a healer. What I do isn’t just work. It’s not just a job.

This path? It was never just a career. It was a divine calling! The universe had a mission for me long before I understood it. When the time came, I listened & I rose.

I dug deep. I researched. I studied. I healed.

I failed. I broke. I kept going…

For over 15 years, I’ve devoted myself to learning, growing & aligning with my truth & purpose. To help others come back home to their bodies & to themselves; grounded. 

Yes, there were good days & there were many, many hard ones. But with hard work & dedication, I transformed through all of them. Now, I’m here! Ready to support your transformation.
